Feyenoord seeks left-back reinforcement amid injury setbacks

Gijs Smal has also suffered a setback after sustaining a new injury during training in Marbella. This injury is reportedly different from his previous hip injury. To address the shortage, Feyenoord is working to secure the signing of Spanish left-back Javi López on a loan deal with an option to buy for €7 million.
