FGV Direito Rio launches fourth edition of Regulation Week

The fourth edition of Regulation Week, organized by FGV Direito Rio, has commenced. The event brings together public authorities, regulators, jurists, and private sector representatives to discuss national and international regulatory themes.

Key sessions include a lecture by Antonio Anastasia from the Tribunal de Contas da União regarding the role of the TCU in regulating public resources for sanitation works. The event series extends beyond Rio de Janeiro to include locations such as São Paulo, Brasília, Washington D.C., New York, and Cambridge.

Specific panels focus on various sectors, including airport infrastructure regulation, port regulation, and supplementary health regulation. In São Paulo, the National Federation of Reinsurance Companies (Fenaber) will participate in a discussion regarding the legal and practical transition of tax reform within the insurance and pension markets, featuring representatives from the Federal Revenue Service and the Superintendency of Private Insurance (Susep).
