FIAB launches financial instrument catalogue for Spanish food exports

The Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries (FIAB) has released the third edition of its Catalogue of Financial Instruments to Support the Internationalization of the Food and Beverage Industry. This consultation tool compiles and updates the primary financial support options available to companies seeking to expand into international markets.

Developed by the Working Group on Financial Instruments within the ICEX Spanish Gastronomy Table and chaired by FIAB, the initiative aims to strengthen public-private collaboration. The catalogue is designed to help companies identify financing options that suit their specific needs during different stages of internationalization, helping to mitigate challenges posed by increasing complexity and uncertainty in global trade.

Verónica Puente, FIAB's Director of Internationalization and International Trade Policy, emphasized that having clear, updated, and accessible information regarding available financial instruments is essential for companies to face international market challenges.
