Fiadel union demands Ascit Spa expedite productivity bonus payments

The Fiadel union is pressuring Ascit Spa to expedite the payment of the Erap productivity bonus to workers in the environmental hygiene sector. The dispute concerns approximately 360 euros per worker for the years 2023 and 2024, as stipulated by the national collective agreement.

Fiadel coordinator Giuseppe Arduino stated that while Ascit has expressed a willingness to proceed with the payments, the company does not agree with the legal basis of the claim. Furthermore, the union is contesting a proposal that would delay the disbursement for three years, asserting that workers cannot wait that long for funds owed from previous years.
