Fiano Romano approves new logistics hub on agricultural land

The municipality of Fiano Romano has approved the administrative process for the development of a new logistics hub on land currently designated for agriculture. According to municipal resolution number 121, the administration has acknowledged requests for a construction permit submitted by Gaiae II Srl.

The project, promoted by Massimo D’Innocenti of Gruppo D’Innocenti Srl, involves the construction of three buildings totaling 29,211 square meters in the San Lorenzo locality. Buildings A and B will serve as logistics facilities, while Building C will be used as a workshop. The development includes urbanization works across a 73,300 square meter area near the Prato della Corte production zone.
