Fiat celebrates 50 years in Brazil with Abarth discounts and Palio Weekend deals
To mark five decades of operations in Brazil, Fiat launched a sales promotion that offers more than R$27,000 off the Pulse Abarth and Fastback Abarth models. The discount runs until 4 August, with the Fastback reduced from R$183,990 to R$156,392 (a cut of R$27,598) and the Pulse from R$162,490 to R$146,240 (a cut of R$16,250). Both cars keep the 1.3‑litre 16‑valve engine delivering up to 185 hp, 0‑100 km/h in 7.6 seconds, and feature ADAS safety equipment. Financing is advertised with zero‑interest rates and up to 50 installments at more than 500 Fiat dealerships.
In the used‑car market, Fiat also highlighted the Palio Weekend as a budget option. Listings from July 2026 show four versions, with prices ranging from about R$22,990 to R$29,000. The 2007 HLX 1.8 version offers a 112‑hp GM‑derived engine, 460 L trunk space and manual five‑speed gearbox, while later models add more equipment and higher ride height. The article underscores the continued appeal of Fiat’s older models for buyers seeking spacious, low‑cost vehicles.
