Fiat expands micro‑mobility lineup with four‑seat Multiplina concept and sport‑styled Topolino edition

Fiat unveiled the Multiplina, a four‑seat electric microcar with retro styling inspired by the 1956 600 Multipla. The concept was presented at a micromobility event in Vatican City and is sized about three metres long, matching the 1957 500. It carries an electric motor delivering 8 hp, a 5.4 kWh lithium‑ion battery that provides roughly 75 km of range, and a top speed limited to 45 km/h. The vehicle is classified as a light quadricycle and can be driven by persons aged 14 or older without a traditional driver's licence.

In Italy, Fiat also launched the Topolino Sport Special Edition, a limited‑run version of its two‑seat Topolino microcar. The sport version adopts a bolder design reminiscent of the 1958 Nuova 500 Sport, with new colour combinations, black‑tone trim and carbon‑fibre‑style interior accents. It is priced at €10,550 (about R$62.5 k) and retains the Topolino’s technical specifications: 8.2 cv electric motor, 5.4 kWh battery, 75 km range and a 45 km/h speed limit. Like the Multiplina, the Topolino can be operated from age 14 with an AM licence.
