Fiat expands Topolino electric quadricycle utility and availability
Fiat is expanding the utility and availability of its Topolino electric quadricycle. In the United States, the company plans to offer a free ‘Street Legal Conversion’ kit starting in autumn 2026. This kit will allow the vehicle to be registered as a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) in qualifying states by increasing its maximum speed from 19 mph to 25 mph. The conversion includes essential safety and regulatory features such as a rearview camera, pedestrian warning sounds, and official vehicle identification numbers.
In Europe, Fiat is introducing the Topolino Dolcevita, which features a retractable fabric roof paired with full side doors and opening windows to improve weather protection. In the Netherlands, this model is priced from 10,490 euros. Additionally, a Vilebrequin Collector’s Edition has been released in collaboration with the French brand, priced at 13,490 euros.
