Fiat unveils Multiplina electric quadricycle and expands Topolino micromobility line

Fiat presented its Multiplina concept at a Rome event on 30 June 2026, describing it as a four‑seat electric quadricycle in the L7e category. The prototype is limited to 450 kg (excluding the battery), can deliver up to 15 kW (≈20 hp), and is capped at 90 km/h. Production is planned for 2028 with a target price below €10 000 after public subsidies, positioning it between the two‑seat Topolino and conventional city cars. The company also previewed the Multiplina at the Paris Motor Show in October 2026.

Alongside the concept, Fiat expanded its Topolino range with Sport, Vilebrequin Collector’s and other special editions, adding new colour options, a “Monsterlino” magnetic Bluetooth speaker set and a price of €11 490 for the Sport version. It reported a 30 % year‑on‑year increase in Topolino orders for Q2 2026 and highlighted that electric models now make up over 60 % of sales in the European quadricycle segment. Fiat also introduced an updated TRIS three‑wheel electric carrier for last‑mile logistics. CEO Olivier François emphasized micromobility as a strategic growth pillar for the brand.
