Fiat Toro hits 650,000 units produced, reinforcing its lead in Brazil

Fiat Toro has reached a production milestone of 650,000 units since its 2016 launch, confirming its dominance in the Brazilian pickup market. All units are built at Stellantis' automotive hub in Goiana, Pernambuco.

The 2026 model year introduced a refreshed exterior with segmented‑pixel LED daytime running lights, a redesigned trapezoidal grille, larger lower bumper guard, and full‑LED rear lights. The rear bumper now features more horizontal lines and a wider tailgate handle. Inside, the cabin receives a 7‑inch digital instrument cluster, a new shift‑selector lever, and USB‑A and USB‑C ports for rear‑seat passengers, alongside an electronic parking brake with auto‑hold.

The Toro pioneered the Sport Utility Pickup (SUP) concept, blending SUV comfort with a practical cargo bed. It has remained the segment leader for ten consecutive years, selling over 50,000 units in 2025 and close to 20,000 in 2026, underscoring its continued strategic importance for Fiat in Brazil.
