Fiat Uno 2028 concept visualized by AI design project

Sezer DesignConcept Cars & Bikes used artificial intelligence to create a visualisation of a possible 2028 Fiat Uno. The rendering shows a modernised, angular three‑door hatchback that retains the original model’s compact dimensions while adding contemporary styling cues.

The original Fiat Uno, designed by Italdesign under Giorgetto Giugiaro, was launched in 1983 and became Europe’s Car of the Year in 1984, with over 8.8 million units produced worldwide. The new AI‑generated concept reignites discussion about whether the iconic model could return to European markets, where Fiat now focuses on the Grande Panda and other compact offerings. The design team notes that the brand’s heritage remains important, but any revival would need to fit the current product lineup.

The visualisation has sparked debate on social media about the feasibility of an electric or hybrid Uno and its potential market niche, though Fiat has not announced any official plans for a new Uno generation.
