Fiat unveils Multiplina electric quadricycle for urban mobility

Italian automaker Fiat, part of Stellantis, presented the Multiplina, a new electric L7e‑category quadricycle designed to bridge the gap between the Topolino and a conventional car. The vehicle seats four, offers higher power than existing L6e models, and includes features such as air‑conditioning, a fabric roof and a spacious cabin. Fiat plans to debut the Multiplina at the Paris Motor Show in October 2026, with sales slated to begin in 2028 and a target price of around €15,000.

The launch accompanies other concept releases, including a new Topolino Sport edition, a limited‑run Topolino Vilebrequin Collector’s Edition for Italy and France, and a passenger version of the electric three‑wheel TRIS concept aimed at hotels and tourist sites. The Multiplina revives the historic 600 Multipla name from 1956, signalling Fiat’s strategy to offer an affordable, practical electric vehicle for city and suburban travel.
