Fibra Uno transforms 141 commercial assets into multi-use destinations

Fibra Uno (FUNO) is transforming its 141 commercial assets to adapt to changing consumer habits. The company is shifting its shopping centers from traditional retail spaces into integrated destinations that incorporate gastronomy, entertainment, wellness, services, and social spaces.

This evolution aims to increase visitor engagement and dwell time by offering diverse activities such as dining, sports, and cultural recreation. The physical configuration of these properties is being updated to include terraces, rest areas, and more open layouts to create flexible, functional environments.

During the same period, total constant property income grew by 7.2% compared to the second quarter of 2025, with the commercial segment specifically seeing a 9.2% increase.
