Fidel Castro and Ho Chi Minh legacies honored in Cuba and Vietnam

In Hanoi, Vietnam, the premiere of a documentary chapter titled ‘Fidel Castro-Ho Chi Minh: A Revolutionary Vision’ highlighted the historical connection between the leaders of Cuba and Vietnam. Part of the series ‘Two Hearts, One Beat,’ the film explores the shared revolutionary ideologies of Fidel Castro and Ho Chi Minh, aiming to connect younger generations to their legacies.

In Santiago de Cuba, a panel titled ‘100 Years with Fidel’ was held in the Rajayoga community. During the event, former combatants and witnesses shared personal anecdotes and memories of Fidel Castro. Testimonies included accounts from individuals who served in internationalist missions in Africa and those who interacted with Castro during significant national organizational transitions.
