Panamanian defender Fidel Escobar is expected to leave Deportivo Saprissa after being omitted from the club’s roster for the 2026 Central American Cup. Club director Erick Lonnis indicated that negotiations are underway with interested Major League Soccer teams, though he did not name a specific club.
