Fidelidade completes 70% acquisition of IM Gestão de Ativos
Fidelidade has finalized the acquisition of a 70% stake in IM Gestão de Ativos (IMGA) through its FID Asset Management arm. The transaction follows a contract signed in December 2025 and has received all necessary regulatory approvals.
With this acquisition, Fidelidade’s total assets under management have risen to approximately 25 billion euros. IMGA brings a portfolio of over 6.5 billion euros to the group, consisting of 34 investment funds.
Regarding governance, António Noronha will lead the IMGA Board of Directors. The company stated that the existing management team will remain in place to ensure stability and continuity during the integration process.
