Field Marshal Asim Munir visits Quetta Garrison

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, visited the Quetta Garrison to review the security situation and operational readiness in Balochistan. During the visit, he met with field formation commanders and receiving officers to discuss ongoing operational matters and measures being taken to ensure peace and stability in the province.

Field Marshal Munir emphasized that the peace, prosperity, and welfare of the people of Balochistan are central priorities for the state. He highlighted that a stable and secure environment is essential for fostering economic opportunities and implementing developmental projects. To achieve this, he stressed the necessity of coordinated cooperation and continuous communication between law enforcement agencies and other state institutions.

During the briefings, the Field Marshal praised the professional skills and operational preparedness of the deployed troops. He also paid tribute to the sacrifices made by martyrs who have lost their lives in the defense of the nation.
