Field2C targets Brazilian industrial maintenance and digital integration

Field2C provides scheduling and capacity management tools for field technicians to address inefficiencies in industrial maintenance. According to data from the Brazilian Association of Maintenance and Asset Management (Abraman), approximately 45% of Brazilian industries still rely on reactive maintenance, where technical teams are only called after a failure occurs. In contrast, fewer than 25% of companies have transitioned to data-driven management.

Field2C’s platform integrates field management with existing ERP and CRM systems. This follows trends reported by the Center for Studies on Information Society (Cetic.br), which found that ERP usage among Brazilian companies with ten or more employees reached 36% in 2025, while CRM usage rose to 31%. The Field2C system automates technician routing based on distance and availability, helping managers coordinate service calls before promising specific times to clients.
