FIEPB and Paraíba unions enter Industrial Union Excellence Award

The Federation of Industries of the State of Paraíba (FIEPB) and five industrial unions from Paraíba are participating in the second edition of the Industrial Union Excellence Award. Promoted by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), the award recognizes projects that strengthen the industrial union system.

FIEPB has submitted five projects in the Federation category, including initiatives such as ‘Paraíba Produtiva’, ‘Mulheres que Fazem’, and ‘Café com Inovação’. These projects focus on institutional strengthening, strategic articulation, and industrial development within the region.

In the Union category, six projects were presented by various entities, including the Footwear Industry Union of Paraíba, the General Beverage Industry Union of Paraíba, and the Bakery and Confectionery Industry Union of Campina Grande, among others. The award categories aim to promote associativism, integration between affiliated unions, and increased institutional representation.
