FIFA launches 'DNA' anthem for 2026 World Cup with Andrea Bocelli and David Guetta
FIFA introduced "DNA" as the official song for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The track merges opera, electronic dance music, K‑pop and rap, and is performed by tenor Andrea Bocelli, DJ David Guetta, Colombian‑American singer‑songwriter EJAE and rapper Megan Thee Stallion. Bocelli said the anthem reflects the sport’s lasting presence in his life, while FIFA described the collaboration as a bridge between football’s history and its future.
The live debut will take place at the opening ceremony in Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca, where Bocelli and EJAE will lead the performance. Additional artists slated for the ceremony include Shakira, Alejandro Fernández, Maná, Lila Downs, Los Ángeles Azules and Belinda. The tournament’s final, scheduled for July at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, will feature a halftime show with Madonna, Shakira and BTS, marking the first World Cup final with a dedicated halftime spectacle.
