FIFA releases official 2026 World Cup music album with global artists
FIFA announced the official album for the 2026 World Cup, a multi‑track project comprising 18 songs performed by 38 international artists. The album, unveiled on 9‑10 June 2026, includes contributions from LISA of Blackpink, Shakira, The Rolling Stones, Nelly Furtado, Daddy Yankee, Anita, Future, Stormzy, Burna Boy and many others, reflecting the tournament’s cultural diversity across continents, languages and genres. FIFA President Gianni Infantino said the collection is intended to unite fans worldwide through music and sport.
The release continues FIFA’s tradition of official tournament songs that began in 1990 with Italy’s “Un’estate italiana”. Notable past anthems include Ricky Martin’s “La Copa de la Vida” (1998), Shakira’s “Waka Waka” (2010) and Pitbull’s “We Are One” (2014). The new album adds to that legacy as the World Cup prepares for its first joint‑host edition in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
