FIFA seeks recovery of vehicle used by former FFF president Noël Le Graët

FIFA has launched an administrative search to recover a company vehicle previously assigned to Noël Le Graët, the former president of the French Football Federation (FFF). The vehicle, provided by FIFA sponsors, was used for Le Graët’s travels between Paris and Brittany in his capacity as a delegate for FIFA president Gianni Infantino.

Le Graët resigned from the FFF in February 2023 following government pressure and audits. Despite his departure from the federation, he continued to use the vehicle for his FIFA-related duties. FIFA officials noted the vehicle was missing from their fleet in the spring of 2026.

Le Graët has downplayed the situation, stating he had already decided to return the car once he informed FIFA he could no longer continue his mission in Paris. He maintained that he has always acted as a volunteer and has not used expense reports for personal costs.
