FIFA World Cup 2026 anthem 'DNA' debut by Bocelli, Guetta, Megan Thee Stallion and EJAE

FIFA introduced “DNA” as one of the official anthems for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The song is performed by tenor Andrea Bocelli, French DJ David Guetta, American rapper Megan Thee Stallion and K‑pop artist EJAE, who contributed Korean verses.

The quartet will present the track live at the opening ceremony on 11 June at Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca, ahead of the United States match against Paraguay. Bocelli said the title “DNA” reflects how football has been part of his life and “is more than a simple game.” EJAE highlighted the honor of writing Korean lyrics and recalled the unity he saw in Seoul during the 2002 World Cup.

The 2026 tournament will feature 48 teams and be staged across three host nations – the United States, Canada and Mexico – with additional star‑studded halftime performances planned, including Madonna, Shakira and BTS. The anthem aims to capture the global passion for football and unite fans through a blend of classical vocals, electronic production and contemporary pop.
