Fighting Illini Invitational begins at Olympia Fields Country Club

The Fighting Illini Invitational is taking place at the Olympia Fields Country Club in Illinois. The three-day, 54-hole tournament features 15 teams, including several high-ranking programs from Power Four conferences and UNLV.

Due to renovations on the North Course, the competition is being held on the South Course, a par-70, 7,215-yard venue that has historically hosted major championships such as the U.S. Open and PGA Championship.

Among the competing teams are the No. 18-ranked Alabama men's golf team and Baylor. The field also includes Arizona State, Florida, LSU, Oklahoma State, and several other prominent collegiate programs.
