Figlmüller expands from Vienna with German pop-up

The historic Viennese restaurant Figlmüller, a family institution for over 120 years, is launching a six-month pop-up in Wolfsburg, Germany. Starting August 21, the establishment will set up at the Autostadt within the Lagune x Friends concept.

In addition to their signature pork schnitzel—noted for being exceptionally thin and breaded with special Kaisersemmel crumbs—the pop-up will feature their street food concept, Brioche & Brösel. The menu will also include Austrian classics such as Backhendl bowls, veal schnitzel, and spinach dumplings.
