Figueiró dos Vinhos hosts Fazunchar 2026 urban art festival

The municipality of Figueiró dos Vinhos announced the eighth edition of the Fazunchar festival, scheduled for 15‑23 August 2026. Under the theme “As Linhas que nos Vestem”, the event aims to celebrate local cultural identity by turning streets, gardens and cultural spaces into an open‑air gallery of contemporary urban art.

The program includes a photographic residency by Pedro Guerra, the opening exhibition “Da Paz e Serenidade na Naturea”, mural and sculpture projects by artists such as Francis co, Projecto Ruído, Catarina Glam and Nuno Miles, as well as community workshops and guided tours. Musical performances will close the festival, featuring Zarko, DJ ivo i. am, Noiserv and the duo DemiJohns. All activities are free but require prior registration for limited‑capacity workshops.
