Figueres hosts third Fòrum Gastronòmic Ciutat

The third edition of the Fòrum Gastronòmic Ciutat, held alongside the 40th Wine Show, took place on the Rambla in Figueres. Despite the threat of rain, the event saw a high turnout of visitors and professionals.

A new initiative called ‘Bar à Vins’ was introduced to expand the representation of the DO Empordà wine region, featuring 25 different references including white, red, rosé, sparkling, and sweet wines. The program included live cooking demonstrations, tastings, and professional sessions featuring various local chefs and culinary experts.
