fileAI and AWS form strategic partnership for BFSI AI agents

fileAI has announced a strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the deployment of outcome-oriented AI agents for the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) industries.

Built on Amazon Bedrock and available through the AWS Marketplace, fileAI’s fileForge platform converts corporate files into controlled intelligence to execute complex business processes. The suite includes two key technologies: fileScout, which optimizes model routing to reduce token consumption, and fileForensics, which identifies actionable fraud signals within processing pipelines.

The partnership aims to provide industry leaders in Asia and the United States with AI agents that offer enhanced governance, traceability, and reduced manual rework. This collaboration follows recent funding from SMBC Asia Rising Fund and Singtel Innov8, which will support fileAI’s business expansion in Japan and further investment in financial services capabilities.
