Filip Jurišić bids emotional farewell to Panathinaikos
Serbian midfielder Filip Jurišić has ended his three‑year spell with Greek club Panathinaikos. The club announced his departure on 12 June, and the player later posted a heartfelt message in Greek on social media. In the note he thanked the team, staff and supporters, described his time as a source of pride, and called himself "the captain and the soldier" for the club. Jurišić said Athens had become a second home, expressed hope that Panathinaikos would win the championship, and pledged he would never forget the moments he shared with the fans.
