Filip Petrušev in talks with Crvena zvezda

Filip Petrušev is reportedly in discussions regarding a potential return to the Serbian basketball club Crvena zvezda. According to reports from Sport Klub, the two parties have been in contact for approximately 15 days.

Petrušev, currently playing for Dubai BC, was notably absent from their recent match against Crvena zvezda despite being injury-free. Dubai BC coach Xavi Pasqual stated that his absence was due to a personal decision.

Petrušev has previously played for Crvena zvezda during the 2022/23 and 2024/25 seasons. Although he previously chose to remain with Dubai BC under a contract lasting until 2028, reduced playing time following roster additions and coaching changes has led him to reconsider a move back to Belgrade. No final agreement has been reached at this time.
