Filipino music acts receive international recognition and tour announcements

Filipino musical acts are gaining significant international recognition, highlighted by the girl group BINI and several P-pop groups receiving nominations for the 2026 BreakTudo Awards in Brazil. BINI has earned three nominations, including International Female Group and International Music Video of the Year for ‘Sweet Tooth’. Other Filipino nominees include SB19, which is up for International Male Group and International Collaboration of the Year, as well as BGYO, HORI7ON, Cup of Joe, Arthur Nery, and Rob Deniel.

In addition to these award nominations, BINI is expanding its global presence with the SIGNALS World Tour 2026. The group is scheduled to perform in Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland this September. The tour coincides with the group’s contribution to the DreamWorks Animation film ‘Forgotten Island’, featuring the track ‘A Parallel World’ in collaboration with Lea Salonga.
