Tradimento e Potere Gaetano Guarino Italian cinema film festivals Favara

The film ‘Tradimento e Potere’, which depicts the life and assassination of Favara mayor Gaetano Guarino, has received two Honors Mentions at the San Giovanni in Liguria International Film Festival and the Cefalù Film Festival.

The production has also been selected for the Tropea Film Festival, where it was chosen as one of 21 feature films from over 1,000 entries. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release at the end of October.

The Tropea Film Festival jury for the feature film section is chaired by Tiziana Rocca. This edition of the festival also pays tribute to Marilyn Monroe and Raf Vallone.
