Filmauro pledges 11.1 million euros to SSC Bari

Filmauro S.r.l., the parent company of SSC Bari controlled by the De Laurentiis family, has formalized a financial commitment of 11.1 million euros to support the football club. This move serves as a strategic response to concerns raised by the Bari Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the club's liquidity and potential insolvency.

The proposed funding plan follows an initial payment of 1.1 million euros made on July 30. The new commitment includes an additional 2 million euros to be paid by October 31, followed by monthly installments of 1 million euros from November 2026 through June 2027. These funds will be injected as capital contributions, meaning they do not need to be repaid by SSC Bari.

This financial restructuring aims to provide concrete evidence of sufficient resources to ensure the club's operational continuity ahead of an upcoming judicial hearing scheduled for October 1.
