Filoproodos Association of Kozani to host screening of ‘The Time Machine’

The Filoproodos Association of Kozani is hosting a summer cinema screening of the 1960 science fiction film ‘The Time Machine’, directed by George Pal. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the ‘Courtyard of Melodies and Spectacles’.

Based on the novella by H.G. Wells, the film follows a Victorian scientist who travels to the year 802,701, discovering a future divided between the Eloi and the Morlocks. The screening begins at 9:00 p.m., with doors opening at 8:30 p.m.

As part of the event, attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to support the Association’s Social Pantry. The event is co-organized with the Region of Western Macedonia – Kozani Regional Unit.
