Final Fantasy XIV Online launches on Nintendo Switch 2

Final Fantasy XIV Online has launched on the Nintendo Switch 2, providing a portable entry point for new players to experience the long-running massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMO).

Originally released in 2010, the title underwent a significant rebuild by Square Enix following initial design and performance issues, resulting in the ‘A Realm Reborn’ reboot in 2013. The current version allows players to explore the lore of Eorzea, a setting defined by geopolitical tensions between the Eorzean Alliance and the Garlean Empire.
