Final Fantasy XIV Yo‑Kai Watch Crossover Event Returns in 2026

Square Enix is re‑launching the Yo‑Kai Watch crossover in Final Fantasy XIV from 4 August to 5 October 2026 (CET). Players must be at least level 15 and have completed one of the three Envoy quests before they can start the event at the Poor Heeled Youth in Ul’dah.

During the event, participants collect Yo‑Kai Medals by completing FATEs, which can be exchanged for 17 Yo‑Kai Watch minions, matching cosmetic weapons, three new mounts and several new furniture items and portrait material. The event mirrors previous runs in 2016, 2017 and 2020 but adds three new reward items.
