Finale Ligure introduces tax settlement program for citizens

The Municipality of Finale Ligure has introduced a facilitated settlement program for local taxes to support citizens facing financial difficulties. Approved via City Council resolution, the measure allows residents to regularize their positions regarding IMU, TARI, and TASI debts by paying only the principal amount, with a total waiver of penalties and assessment interest.

The program covers various categories, including unpaid executive assessment notices, summons to contradiction, and tax injunctions issued up to July 15, 2026. It also includes IMU and TARI positions that have not yet been formally assessed for the tax years 2022 through 2025.

Interested citizens must submit a formal declaration by Friday, October 30, 2026. Applications for IMU and TASI debts should be submitted to the Municipality of Finale Ligure, while TARI applications must be directed to Servizi di Riviera S.p.A. or specific collection concessionaires, depending on the type of debt. The competent authorities will verify positions and communicate the amounts due by January 31, 2027.
