Financial analysts adjust price targets for First Hawaiian and National Bank Holdings
Financial institutions First Hawaiian and National Bank Holdings Corporation are seeing adjustments to their stock price targets from various research firms.
TD Cowen lowered its price target for First Hawaiian from $31.00 to $28.00 while maintaining a 'hold' rating. Other analysts have also recently updated their outlooks for the bank, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., which moved its rating to 'neutral' and reduced its target to $29.00.
National Bank Holdings Corporation has faced target reductions from DA Davidson and Stephens. DA Davidson lowered its projection to $43 from $45, citing $46.8 million in loan charge-offs related to commercial credits in the healthcare and franchise sectors. This has led to lower projected third-quarter earnings. Similarly, Stephens lowered its price target from $49 to $46 following a second-quarter operational earnings miss.
