Financial Conduct Authority announces securities amendments and removals

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued notices regarding changes to the Official List of securities.

Johnson Matthey PLC has undergone an amendment to its ordinary equity shares. The shares, previously listed at 110 49/53p each, have been updated to appear as 147 143/159p each.

Additionally, the FCA has removed several securities from the Official List related to NewDay Funding 2018-1 PLC. The removed instruments include Class A1, A2, B, C, D, E, and F asset-backed floating rate notes, which were due on August 15, 2026.
