Financial Conduct Authority issues securities admission and suspension notices

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued several notices regarding the Official List on August 11, 2026.

In a notice of admission, the FCA admitted securities from the International Finance Corporation, specifically 7.5% Notes due June 29, 2029, and from Akademiska Hus AB (publ), specifically 7.5% Senior Unsecured Notes due August 11, 2037, to the Official List.

Separately, the FCA announced the temporary suspension of the listing for Apertura Energy Plc. The suspension of the company's ordinary shares was enacted at the request of the company.
