Brian Schaeffer, Senior Executive Vice President and CIO of OceanFirst Bank, sold 5,500 shares of OceanFirst Financial on August 31, 2026. The shares were sold at a weighted average price of $18.91, totaling approximately $104,005. Following the sale, Schaeffer retains 86,539 shares, valued at roughly $1.6 million.

In a separate transaction, OppFi Inc. CEO Todd Schwartz purchased 3,500 shares of the company on September 4. The acquisition was made at an average price of $7.35 per share, representing a total investment of $25,725.
