Financial Times 2026 MBA rankings show major shifts

The Financial Times 2026 MBA rankings have introduced several significant shifts in the global business education landscape. MIT Sloan has claimed the top position for the first time in 28 years, while Harvard has returned to the top 10. Additionally, nine Indian business schools have secured placements within the top 100 globally.

In the Executive MBA category, Singapore Management University (SMU) entered the global top 50, rising nine places to rank 46th worldwide. SMU achieved its highest-ever ranking for International Course Experience, placing 9th globally, and saw significant improvement in Career Progress, ranking 42nd globally.
