The platform allows partners to connect financial accounts through secure links to provide a unified view of joint bills, individual spending, and savings goals without requiring either partner to surrender financial control.

Legal experts distinguish between two types of marital financial conflict: financial infidelity and financial abuse. Financial infidelity involves secrecy, such as hiding credit card debt or secret bank accounts, which undermines trust. In contrast, financial abuse involves one partner attempting to gain power and control by restricting a spouse's access to funds, creating financial dependency.
