Finavia adds 31 new international routes for winter 2026–2027 season

Finavia is expanding its airport network for the winter 2026–2027 season, adding 31 new international routes compared to the previous year. The expansion will provide 163 scheduled international connections to 103 airports abroad between 25 October 2026 and 27 March 2027.

Growth is particularly concentrated in the Lapland region, driven by increased demand from the United Kingdom and Central Europe. Rovaniemi will serve as a major hub with 37 domestic and international routes, including new direct services from London Gatwick, Newcastle, Munich, and Prague.

Other regional developments include new connections for Kittilä from Amsterdam, Brussels, Liverpool, and London Luton. Additionally, Brussels Airlines will launch its first service to Kemi-Tornio, and new routes will be established for Kuusamo, Ivalo, and Kittilä through various European carriers.
