Fincantieri signs contract for third ultra‑luxury Four Seasons Yachts vessel

Fincantieri announced on 7 July 2026 that it has signed a contract with Marc‑Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd, the joint owner‑operator of Four Seasons Yachts, to build a third ultra‑luxury cruise ship. The vessel will be designed and constructed at the company’s Ancona shipyard, measuring about 207 metres in length with a gross tonnage of roughly 34 000. Delivery is scheduled for 2031 and the deal is classified as “large”, indicating a value between €500 million and €1 billion.

The new ship follows the launch of Four Seasons I earlier this year and the ongoing construction of a second unit expected to enter service in early 2028. All three vessels adopt an all‑suite, residential‑style concept, offering expansive terraces and outdoor spaces to maximise guests’ connection with the sea. CEO Pierroberto Folgiero said the order reinforces the long‑term partnership with Marc‑Henry Cruise Holdings and underscores the market’s appetite for a new segment that blends ultra‑luxury hospitality with advanced shipbuilding.
