find Inc. selected for Startup World Cup finals and Yokohama Subway partnership

find Inc., a Tokyo-based company providing the ‘Lost Property Cloud find’ service, has achieved two significant milestones regarding its lost-and-found management technology.

First, the company has been selected as one of ten finalists for the Kyushu regional qualifying round of the ‘Startup World Cup 2026’. Out of approximately 250 applicants, find Inc. will compete at Kumamoto Castle Hall on October 6, 2026. The winner of the regional round will advance to the global finals in San Francisco to compete for a $1 million prize.

Second, the Yokohama City Transportation Bureau will implement the ‘Lost Property Cloud find’ service starting September 1, 2026. This integration will allow passengers to inquire about lost items found within Yokohama City Subway stations or trains via a multilingual chat system supporting Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. The system also includes a dedicated business application to improve operational efficiency for lost-and-found staff.
