Findeks renews brand identity to launch AI-driven financial guidance
Findeks, a platform operated by Kredi Kayıt Bürosu (KKB), has launched a brand identity renewal to mark its 12th year of operation. Having facilitated nearly 10 million credit score inquiries since its inception in 2014, the platform is transitioning from a data access provider to a personalized financial guidance service.
The updated ecosystem integrates artificial intelligence to help users interpret their financial data and take actionable steps. Key features include the 'Findeks Warning Service' for real-time tracking of bank delays, credit applications, and limit changes, as well as 'Not Danışmanım' and 'Radar Hizmeti' to manage debt and limits across multiple banks from a single screen. The platform's digital assistant, 'Bilgiç,' is being enhanced with AI to provide proactive financial suggestions.
Burcu Türkmen, KKB Deputy General Manager, stated that while the initial goal was providing access to financial data, the current focus is making that data meaningful and actionable for users. Digital engagement has seen significant growth, with mobile traffic increasing by 22% and web traffic by 62% over the last 12 months.
