Findomestic opens new sustainable headquarters in Florence

Findomestic, part of the BNP Paribas Group, has inaugurated its new national headquarters, named ‘Giglio’, in the Novoli district of Florence. The 30,000-square-meter complex, located on a former FIAT industrial site, consolidates four previously separate buildings into a single sustainable hub. The facility features 1,300 workstations, 77 meeting rooms, an auditorium, a training center, a gym, and an adjacent nursery.

The building has achieved LEED Platinum certification, utilizing photovoltaic panels and high energy efficiency measures. CEO Marco Tarantola stated that the project represents an investment in the company’s future and its people.

In conjunction with its growth, BNP Paribas has announced recruitment for approximately 70 positions across Italy, including roles at BNL, Findomestic, and BNP Paribas Cardif. The openings span locations such as Rome, Milan, Florence, and Genoa, targeting specialists in IT, data science, finance, and marketing. Salaries for these roles are reported to range from €35,650 for junior profiles to €70,000 for senior positions.
