FingerHaus and Bien-Zenker launch new vocational training programs

Prefabricated house manufacturers FingerHaus and Bien-Zenker have launched their latest vocational training programs, welcoming new cohorts of apprentices and interns.

FingerHaus welcomed 34 new members, including 23 apprentices, five dual students, and six vocational school interns, across ten different professions. The onboarding process included a welcome program led by Managing Director Dr. Mathias Schäfer and training manager Jannik Gasse, featuring factory tours and group projects.

Bien-Zenker welcomed 17 new talents, consisting of 13 apprentices and four vocational school interns. The group includes industrial clerks, construction technicians, carpenters, and electronics technicians for industrial engineering. The company’s orientation program focused on team building and practical insights to support sustainable construction training.
