Finland youth national teams secure wins and prepare for international matchups

Finland's youth national teams have achieved notable results in floorball and basketball. The Finnish U19 men's floorball team has been selected for upcoming double international matches against Sweden in Täby, scheduled for September 5–6. Both the U19 men and women's floorball teams are defending world champions, preparing for their respective World Championships in Latvia and Switzerland next year.

In basketball, the Finnish U16 boys' team secured a victory against Norway. Led by Milton Ekholm, who scored 24 points, and Elias Ahola with 17 points, the team demonstrated strong offensive efficiency. The win sets up a decisive group stage match against Bosnia and Herzegovina to determine the group winner.
